Along with making tooling, we can provide one with components made of carbide, ceramic, HSS, and composites. In 1974, PDQ was established and has grown to a 46,000 sq. ft. facility. In general, our normal working tolerances are .0002". Our facility is capabales of machining a 24" x 24' x 12" rectangle and 20" OD x 60" long. We can finish grind a 14" x 42" x 12" rectangle and a 20" OD x 20" long, PDQ Tooling is very diversified.
